They plan to hold 3 day Sales Directors Meetings twice per year in Boca Rotan and to run meetings for new Team Leaders every 2 months in Boca Rotan, Berlin and Australia.
There is so much good stuff in the pipe line.
They have already started training 4 more customer service people who will be based in Boca Rotan and will be responsible for answering our tickets. I was very excited to hear this.
They plan to have 25 employees in Florida by the end of February and 40 by the end of April. Most of the staff they have in Berlin will stay in Berlin.
I am just soooo excited to be part of something that is going to be huge, is going to enable many of my friends to make a huge ongoing income and is so much fun.
One thing I have decided though is that this year I must plan in a bit more ‘Down Time’. The problem I have personally is that I am so excited about the business and I want to help as many people as I can, the temptation for me is to do things 7 days per week. I need to treat this business as a Marathon and pace myself, not just run as hard as I can for 100 metres.
We need to stay focused, be persistent and consistent in our activities and we will achieve the ‘Tipping Point’ which will see huge numbers come into DubLi.
At the Vice Presidents Meeting on the Monday Michael Hansen stated that he believed there would be leaders making $1million per month by the end of the year!!!!!!!!!! When he made that statement I said ‘What did you just say ?’ and he then repeated it.
He also stated that the $1million lump sum bonus that people will receive for achieving Senior Vice President by the end of 2011 will be fairly small compared to all of the other money they will be making.
I don’t know about you, by I personally have never before been in a position whereby it is possible to make just sooooo much money. The amounts on the table are so much larger than anything else I have ever seen.
There are so many new programs that are going to be available to us.
I look forward to sharing more at the meetings about the whole business but also what Villads believes is the key to setting up customers and also to building an organization. Villads was a dairyfarmer and business man with no previous Networking experience. He built the business from scratch based on a simple approach that I am sure will make sense to you when you understand what he did. I must admit it took me a while to understand why what he did actually worked. You see Villads had not done what I thought he had done. It is the old ‘Chinese Whispers Game’ thing whereby the story changes as it gets passed from one person to another.
